What is the site rating?[/size]To comply with TOS of proboards, this site is rated PG-13, which means that no graphic violence, sexuality, drug use, or language is allowed.
So, are taboo plots welcome?Absolutely. As long as it's not too graphic. If you get singled out or harassed because of something that you're RPing in the c-box, private Chatango message, PM through the site, or any other way, come to me right away and I'll deal with it. This site is home for the weird and twisted so don't be afraid to bring out the oddities.
Can my adult character have more than one job?Sure! But remember, it's a small town; there's not too many jobs to choose from.
What if I want my high school character to take a class not on the list?Well, this is a small town, so the chances of having too many class choices is not very likely; however, if it is a class that would fit, I might add it if you asked.
Can I have a scene that takes place in the past?
Sure, just post it on the right board.
Is the site LGBT friendly?
Yes, it is. Respecting others is a huge thing for me. If you have any problems with a member (not a character because there are bound to be homo/transphobic characters) attacking you for anything, including what you're portraying your character as, come to me.
I'm having issues getting my word count up. Is there anything I can do?
I've got the perfect guide for you. It's on Caution2.0 so you need a free account there to view it, but it's really helpful. In fact, here is a bunch of writing guides that can really help for all kinds of writing troubles.
I want to avoid a cliched or Mary/Gary Sue character. Can you help?
You know what? Caution has an area for character help that has many tutorials and tips on how to create a well rounded character. This site really does have it all.
I don't have a program to resize graphics, that's why they don't meet your requirements.
Well, this is easily solved. There are free sites like Photobucket, TinyPic, Picnik, etc. that lets you upload your pictures and edit them as well as resize and cropping them. It's really simple and like I said free! So, try to use those, because really it just creates more work for the staff and you if we have to ask you to resize something. The site automatically resizes graphics bigger than 500pix but don't rely on that too often if at all, please. It slows down the loading time for people with slower connections.
I don't like what you have on this site.
Simple solution there. Leave. Nobody is making you stay. It's a place to have fun and imagine. It's a place to step out of the ordinary, and if it's going to make you angry enough to flame us, just leave. We'll respect your view that you don't like the subject material as long as you respect that we are here writing, enjoying chatting with each other, and taking part in something fictional that we as people don't necessarily believe in.
Is there a principal of the schools?
Yes, there is. See the canon list.
Do you allow elementary students?
No. There is a board for the elementary school, but that is mostly for the teacher/staff characters. We do not allow students younger than thirteen.
Is there a dress code at the high school?
There is a dress code, but there is no uniform. The dress code is as follows:
Girls: Skirts and shorts must not rise up past mid-thigh, tank tops must at least have an inch wide strap, no top must be too low cut, undergarments must not be seen, no halter tops or belly shirts are allowed.
Boys: Jeans and shorts must not be worn too low, undergarments must not be seen, muscle shirts are only allowed underneath a t-shirt.
Both: No spandex allowed, no alcohol/drug paraphernalia, no shirts with nudity or vulgar words, no shirts with the sides cut away past mid-chest, no pajamas in class.

My application has been declined. Now what?
You will be sent a PM explaining what the issue was, and one you have corrected the mistakes, reply to your moved application (which will be in the pending board), and let the staff know you have fixed it. Someone will check it over again ASAP.
Can my character be pregnant?
You must PM me before you can have a pregnant character, period.
